I photographed Keri and Matt's Wedding in June 2011 at Pendley Manor in Tring. The venue was chosen as it was where the couple had first got together at the secondary school prom. The grounds of the hotel were full of peacocks, so I spent much of the day looking for an opportune moment to include one in a shot. Finally one walked by just as I had lined Keri and Matt up with the wedding car and Manor as a backdrop and took the shot to the next level.
Keri and Matt were great to photograph on the day, as they didn't stop smiling, which made for some very easy reportage work. The couple were obviously very pleased too saying 'Thank you Sam, Matt and I are really impressed with the photos'
It was also great to work with Simon Tiller of 'Ultimate Visuals' and Anthony Green the Toastmaster.
